শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা (“শর্তাবলী”)

২.৩ অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা: ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের ক্রেডেনশিয়ালগুলির গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব রয়েছে। যদি আপনি কোনো অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস সন্দেহ করেন, অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান।

৩.১ লাইসেন্স ও অনুমতি: D–Magix থেকে কেনা ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও পরিষেবাগুলি শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত বা অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারের জন্য। পুনর্বিতরণ, পুনঃবিক্রয় বা লাইসেন্স স্থানান্তর কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৩.২ মূল্য ও অফার: আমরা যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের মূল্য এবং প্রচারমূলক অফার পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
৩.৩ ডাউনলোড ও অ্যাক্সেস: কেনার পরে, ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের ডিজিটাল পণ্য ডাউনলোড এবং অ্যাক্সেস করার জন্য একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা দেওয়া হবে।

৪.১ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: আমরা সুরক্ষিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করি এবং শুধুমাত্র অনুমোদিত লেনদেন গ্রহণ করি।
৪.২ নন-রিফান্ডেবল নীতি: D–Magix-এ কেনা ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও পরিষেবাগুলি রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, যদি না অন্য কোনোভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
৪.৩ পণ্যের সমস্যা: যদি কোনো পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে, আমরা সমস্যাটি দ্রুত সমাধানের চেষ্টা করব। সমস্যা সমাধানে ২-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে, সমস্যার জটিলতা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তদন্তের উপর নির্ভর করে।
৪.৪ পেমেন্ট ডিসপিউট: যদি কোনো পেমেন্ট ডিসপিউট হয়, আমরা তা সমাধানের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নেব এবং ব্যবহারকারীকে নিয়মিত আপডেট প্রদান করব।

৫. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
